Our owner, Keith Eggleston, and the managing team behind ET Claims Service, have combined experience that spans all aspects of the claims business. Not only do we have years of knowledge and experience, but we also continue to expand our knowledge of the claims industry on a daily basis.
Our management team is constantly working to update and improve our range of services to better serve our clients. Keith is committed to personal service and handling all claims with integrity and accuracy. His hands-on claims adjusting approach will continue to make ET Claims Service successful in the years to come.
Meet the Management Team
Keith Eggleston
Owner & President
Keith Eggleston manages all aspects of the business including the hiring and training of all new personnel. He specializes in the handling of residential, commercial and farm/ranch claims. A native Texan, Keith graduated from Tarleton State University with a B.S. degree in Agricultural Services and Development, and he has been licensed as a Property Adjuster for over 25 years.
Kim Eggleston
Co-Owner & Vice President
Kim Eggleston is the co-owner and the Vice President of ET Claims Service and her duties include managing/overseeing all bookkeeping and financials within the company. Mrs. Eggleston has an extensive background in both corporate and non-profit financials and she plays and intricate role in the everyday management and reconciliation of financial related issues.
Justin Trimble
Manager
Justin is a skilled professional with a decade of experience in water, fire, and mold restoration. Holding multiple IICRC certificates and obtaining a Texas all lines adjuster license in 2015, he joined ET Claims and has been making a difference ever since. His expertise and dedication make him an invaluable member of the team.
Jay Fair
Manager
Jay Fair has been with ET Claims Service for 10 years and has experience in all aspects of adjusting and sustainable business practices in the insurance claims field. Prior to joining ET Claims Service, Jay held roles in retail and corporate sales with a heavy emphasis on customer service.
Kassie Brown
Office Manager
Kassie brings extensive administrative and leadership experience to the role of Office Manager, overseeing daily operations with professionalism and efficiency. With several years of office management experience, a strong background in HR, and hands-on knowledge in water restoration, Kassie is skilled in coordinating workflows, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth business operations. As a licensed claims adjuster, she also provides valuable insight into insurance processes, documentation, and client support. Her ability to balance organization, communication, and problem-solving makes Kassie an essential part of our management team and a key contributor to the continued growth and success of our company.
Taylor Eggleston
Office Assistant
Taylor serves as our Office Assistant, providing dependable support to daily operations and helping ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. With a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, Taylor assists with administrative tasks, communication, scheduling, and general office organization. Her commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and excellent service makes her a valued part of our team as she grows and develops in her role.
